Our old home was a three story town home. It had three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, large storage/pantry closet, loft/built in desk area, and laundry room. It is approximately 1618 sq ft. We had a small back yard with concrete patio and a detached two car garage with some storage shelves.
