Christmas In July - Breakfast

Every Christmas morning we make a huge breakfast.  We try to include a favorite item of everyone.  It's really more of a brunch, as we eat in the late morning.  Hubby grew up with this tradition, so we carried it over to our family.  We modified his tradition so that we wait to open presents until after we eat.

 As you can see we had pancakes, eggs, orange juice, bacon, and hash browns.  What's your favorite breakfast item?
