Sailor Mom's Frocking Ceremony

I was frocked to 2nd class on 26 June 2009. Being frocked means that I am now authorized to wear the uniform of a 2nd class; I now have the authority and responsibility of this new position. My promotion will be finalized in September, when my pay raise officially starts.
