Basic Cooking Tips #2

Ok, so we covered expense, the next basic necessity would be patience. Yes, I said Patience, food that is prepared right will take time. There are many shortcuts that you can take to imitate real cooking. Sometimes it is important to take shortcuts (especially at 6:05, you haven't started dinner, and bedtime is 7:30), however, when you have prepared to make a high quality meal, plan to spend the accurate amount of time to do so.

This applies double for baking, always give adequate time for breads and dough to rise. Make sure you are not in a hurry and you will find that it all turns out better.
