New Pedestrian Bridge in San Diego

A new pedestrian bridge opened in San Diego March 18.  We took a family walk downtown and checked it out on March 26th.  Here is an article that discusses the bridge. "At 550 feet, the bridge is one of the longest self-anchored pedestrian suspension bridges in the world, according to the CCDC."

Here is a live webcam of the bridge.

These are some of the pictures we took that beautiful Sunday afternoon.

This is the view down the bridge from the Petco Park side towards the Harbor.
Little Miss is sitting on the left side.
Looking toward the Coronado Bridge and at the train & trolley tracks.
Enjoying the sky and looking towards San Diego Harbor and the Convention Center.
