Knott's Berry Farm

We went to Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park, CA on 15 November as part of the Veteran's Salute. The downside was that a wildfire was burning outside of Anaheim, CA and the wind was blowing the ash on us (you can see the smoke in the air in the pictures). We only went on a few rides and stayed inside the attractions/shops for most of our visit. Afterwards we ate dinner at the nearby IHOP.

We started our day at Camp Snoopy. First walking through "Camp Snoopy Amusements." Here we are at Camp Snoopy, ridding the "High Sierra Ferris Wheel." This was Little Miss' first ride ever.

Afterward we headed over to the Fiesta Village, here we rode the roller coaster "Jaguar!" Munchkin was so excited that he was tall enough to ride roller coasters. I even got Hubby to ride it :) Little Miss got to go back to Camp Snoopy to play in the "Snoopy Bounce House" (with adult supervision of coarse).

Over in Ghost Town we spent some time inside of the authentic one room schoolhouse (originally from Kansas!) when the air was really bad. Munchkin took several pictures of the stuff inside. When the air cleared up more we rode the "Calico Mine Ride."

We ended our day by going back to Camp Snoopy and taking Little Miss on a few more rides, helping compensate for the fact she was too small to ride the roller coaster. (Munchkin was taken on the Jaguar! again.)
These rides included: "Lucy's Tug Boat," "Camp Bus," and "Huff and Puff."
